The horse cost $50,000.00 Two members originally purchased 2 units @ $10,000.00. One member purchased 3 units @ $15,000.00 and the three other member's each purchased 1 unit @ $5,000.00. Therefore, the ownership distribution is the following:

Two members @ $10,000.00 each own 20% or 2 units.

The one member @ $15,000.00 owns 30% or 3 units.

The three members @ $5,000.00 each own 10% or 1 units.

Value of the race = $250,000.00

Percentage earned by winning horse = 60%

Winner’s % @ 60%                                $150,000.00

Trainer’s win %@10%                              $15,000.00

Jockey’s win % @10%                             $15,000.00
